Response to Linnea

Linnea, I can not agree with you more! Our entire education we are led to believe that slaves were timid and powerless people that left their fate resting in a masters hand, but come to our surprise they held so much power. From participating in the peasant breech to inspiring incentives by using their free will. These people were powerful, and knew what they wanted. Yes they were wronged over and over by the people supposed to be caring for them, but the masters needed the slaves more than the slaves needed them.
